We have found surveys to be very insightful for team managers and team members. 5 STAR Concepts use either the surveys that their clients already have in place by a third party vender or set up their own customers surveys which may be taken on-line or via the telephone. These surveys give us a glimpse to where the team believes they are and what they need to become better, attract more customers and to drive better revenues.

It allows us to take the secret shopping data, the monitored calls and the surveys and put it into an online coaching system that helps us to assess and manage each interaction. The recorded calls are available for employees to listen to. Even more powerful is that the employees now know that the managers can listen to the calls as well.

We score the interactions based on the criteria that we train the employees in the initial training. The employee can see how well they have done and our coaches provide notes to how well that employee preformed on that specific call so they can do better next time. There is even video training tools built in for the employees to view specific topics to help them improve.
